The National Conference of Thoracic Surgery, 14-15th apr 2011, Bucharest

Romanian Society of Thoracic Surgery has the pleasure to invite you to its Annual National Conference which will take place from 14 to 15th April 2011 at Radisson SAS Hotel, Bucharest .

The conference this year focuses on two themes: video assisted thoracic surgery (CTVA) - progress and trends and News lung tumors in the diagnosis and treatment . The invitation is addressed to all thoracic surgeons in the country as well as to doctors from the other specialties in which chest surgery has a diagnostic or therapeutic role to play, a role which, mostly due to the lack of a clear and consistent message to these specialties, remained well below it's true potential. In this respect, we address this invitation not only our traditional partners pneumologs but oncologists, pediatricians and general practitioners.

Dear Colleagues,

In late 2008, by initiative of a group of thoracic surgeons was founded and registered legal personality, by judicial decision, Romanian Society of Thoracic Surgery, professional association designed to bring together community thoracic surgeons in Romania in order to redefine and improve the activity of surgical, scientific and education and the level of transparency and performance of this professional forum.
We follow that with the model and similar international and professional scientific societies, by the scientific society to organize regular meetings and discussion of our common problems, to assist in publication of scientific articles, protocols and other materials.
During 2009 there were relatively few registered members, which is why we didn't hold elections for governing society, under statute, which provides that in the first 12 months of its existence they would have to occur for 2-year term.
During the year 2010 have scored some of thoracic surgeons.
Entries can be made online or by filling out a form on www.srct.org.ro adhesion. We mention that there is no fee for 2010. We therefore invite you to subscribe, and if you have any suggestions, initiatives, ideas please to launch the forum or contact form on the site.

Bine ati venit

Dragi colegi,

La sfârsitul anului 2008, prin initiativa unui grup de chirurgi toracici a fost înfiintată si înregistrată cu personalitate juridică, prin decizie judecătorească, Societatea Română de Chirurgie Toracică, asociatie profesională menită să reunească comunitatea chirurgilor toracici din România în scopul redefinirii si îmbunătătirii activitătii chirurgicale, stiintifice si educationale precum si a nivelului de transparentă si performantă a acestui forum profesional.

Urmărim ca împreună, după modelul societătilor stiintifice si profesionale similare internationale, prin această societate să organizăm întâlniri periodice stiintifice si de discutii ale problemelor noastre comune, să sprijinim activitatea de publicare a articolelor stiintifice, protocoalelor si altor materiale.

În cursul anului 2009 s-au înscris relativ putini membri, motiv pentru care nu au fost organizate alegeri pentru conducerea Societătii, conform statutului, ce prevede că în primele 12 luni de la constituire acestea ar fi trebuit să aibă loc pentru mandate de 2 ani.

În cursul anului 2010 s-au mai înscris o parte din chirurgii toracici.

Înscrierile se pot face online, pe www.srct.org.ro sau completând un formular de adeziune. Mentionăm că nu exista o cotizatie pe anul 2010. Vă invităm asadar să vă înscrieti, si dacă aveti sugestii, initiative, idei vă rugăm să le lansati pe forum sau pe formularul de contact de pe site.
